I have a LC Smith 12 ga double barrel shot gun that my father had. The only markings I see are L.C. Smith (Stamped)on the lock plates with a engraving design that looks like w's strung together (wwwww). This design is also on the trigger guard and the piece in front of the trigger guard. Also the the center piece between the barrels has Hunter Arms Co on one line and below has Fulton,New York below on the second line. Nothing else any where that I can see, no #'s. Also it either old age or what I call a marbling design on the barrels. Does anyone have any idea how old this gun is. Also is there anyplace I can get a forearm for it? I tried to use you research form but couldn't get it to work.
