Hey I have been posting here a short while and although I have a bunch of questions I figure some would be answered by one of the books listed here on the site. What I'd be interested in mostly would be quantities of which gauge in which grade were made and when. It seems that the Field Grade was the least expensive and so there for the most numerous, but how many in each gauge? I've yet to see a 28ga listed in any grade. I have the Specialty Grade that happens to also be a Long Range, is there a record of how many of these there were? John says those are a bit tougher to come by then lets say a Field Grade w/28" barrels in 12 gauge.
So I guess I could ask all these questions which I wouldn't mind doing to interact with you guys here on the Forum but I figure it may just be easier to read a good book. Which book is recommended for my above stated purpose?.
