I've have been collecting LC Smiths for the last several years and have ammased a nice, but small collection of them over that time including an early B grade Baker, a Pigeon grade and a couple of E and O grades which have some extra dollor options. I'm starting to wonder how important it would be to have letters for these guns. I have never sought a letter of this type, but what kind of benefits go along with having the letter? Just curious, it looks like I would easily spend several hundred dollars getting letters for just my LC's.
