    As most of you know, I am on my third trip across the pond. I thought I would post a few pictures from over here. I am the NCOIC (Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge) of an eleven man National Police Transition Team. We are responsible for ensuring the National Police Battalion we are assigned to can become proficient enough to sustain themselves. This is a very challenging and also a very rewarding assignment. I am the senior enlisted Soldier on my team and have the responsibility of advising the Battalion Command Sergeant Major. Despite what the newspapers and sensationalists on television would have you believe, we are making some serious headway over here. Each month the Iraqi's take more control over their country. There are some parts that are totally under Iraqi control without any help from the coalition forces.
