David, thank you for the reply. The old stock is pretty much toast. I am a custom stockmaker and I have seen some that were brought back from an untimely death but I doubt this one would qualify. I can open up the other stock to make it fit without any trouble. I do know a fellow stock maker who goes by the name of the Stock Doctor and I may email him pictures of it. There are finishing nails holding things together. Dennis may be able to make it work but there is surface parts of the wrist, 1/8" thick that are totally gone.
