Tom, See if you can post some pictures of this gun. I'm sure many would love to see it. As far as the upgrades, it seems if you wanted to pay they would do just about anything within "reason". Special engravings, it was noted in one newspaper add, a company that represented Hunter Arms I believe in California, stated that you could get an engraving of your dog or game scene. As far as finish on your receiver, some have stated that they have nickel plated. Stock wood upgrade, not problem. There are so many things that weren't cataloged that they would do. So anything is possible.
