Lunch Pail Guns? I recently purchase two, LC Smith Field grades, ser# FWS56xxx & FWS59xxx. This is where it gets interesting. Both guns have Beaver tail fore end, one checkered, one plain. The one appears to have deluxe wood and LC Smith, in Gold, on the top of the rib. The receivers are different as well, one stamped Marlin Firearms Company, North Haven Conn. The other plain, no stamping, same on water tables. Could anyone shed some light ??? Mark Szente Bay Village, OH
