I know that it is listed in books as being a Longrange Wildfowl, but I am curious. I've seen a few Longrange with the splinter and without, but all of the Longrange I have seen are 3" chambers. A few of the Wildfowl I have seen are not. Also why is there a distinction of the two on the lug?
