John,
Drew (revdocdrew) is correct in saying it would be an interesting but expensive research project with Cody.
With that said, I am not sure that research would yeild the info you want. Since some Wildfowl guns and Long Range guns have been found with 2 3/4" chambers as well as the 3" chambers...to my knowledge, rarely is chamber length entered in the ledgers at Cody. The Long Range option or the Wildfowl option will be noted but more than likely, not the chamber length.
