    My guess is you're the same guy that posted last year worrying over if there was any chance of winning money at the Southern in any of the shooting events. If this is the kind of stuff you lay in bed at night thinking about then this group isn't for you.

    How is the leadership of this organization sticking it's heads in the sand? They're doing what the organization was meant to do, promoting the shooting and collecting of the Smith gun.

    Vintage gun collecting groups aren't about shooting the shotguns in high profile sporting clay events. It's not like if you win the Grand American shooting a Smith the company is going to hire you to promote for them on the road. Those days are over, as it the production of Smith guns.

    They're collectibles, not competition firearms. If you want to do this kind of thing buy a Perazzi and go for it.

    Or if you want to promote this kind of thing start your own group. You could make a pile of cash running shoots just like you're talking about. Wait, you said you were against rolling up your sleeves and actually doing anything other than writing anonymous posts on the internet. Sorry, my mistake.....
