Robert, the cocking lifter drives on to the cocking rod. You will have to inspect the lifter and rod to see what must be replaced. Numrich has these parts. They might need slight fitting to go together. You will have to remove the stock from the receiver to be able to do this work. As to the stuck firing pins, with the locks off you should be able to remove them and inspect for fouling. I would also remove the bushings and inspect. I once had a cracked bushing bind a firing pin. Hope this helps, Peter
