Barry, Finally, thank you for your response. The bores were bright and shiny and the wood was nice for a 90+ year old rifle. I don't have pictures, but will try to get them at my next club meeting, if the owner shows up. The deal may be off on a swap, he wanted to do because I simply do not know ANYTHING about these shotguns. My show will be 5-10-08. Dave
