I've been looking at the pics of the challange,looks like fun.I've been invited to shoot at the Mason BBQ at the Humboldt trap club on the 10th of May.Last year was 1st yr as guest, and the people got a kick out of my 1886 hammerless and black powder loads.I did'nt win but it was fun,as it should be. I'm in the process of getting two remington s/s guns for northern ca use,so yes they're russian made.I want to hunt w/doubles that I can use hevi shot and would'nt cry about in bad weather,or if one gets lost off the boat;these will fill the bill.
I now will be using double guns to hunt with, muzzleloaders,antique,or modern.[ no more lost hulls ]Enjoy the Elsies and maybe I'll be able to make a trip to the southern someday.
