I hope you can help me, this a common and sad form of gun theft. My grandpa, Roger Emmett Mcmanama, now 91, had an old L.C. Smith .410 side by side shotgun , given to him by an uncle when he was young, stolen. this must have been in the last 20 years. Probably by a relative (cousin) for drug money. Grandpa thought it was misplaced in a closet... ENGRAVED WITH VINES AND FLOWERS, COLOR CASE HARDENING, TAKEDOWN MODEL IN A LEATHER"BOOT"
IN THE 70'S OR 80'S MY GRANDMA ALLOWED A SEATTLE COP TO ENGRAVE(DEFACE, -HOPEFULLY SAVE) HIS DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER ON IT! (vibrating hand engraver) washington drivers licence # mcman***? can you believe it? Absolutely unmistakeable, one of a kind.
    please help us contact: tod kiel, seattle fire dept., 11809 se 204, kent wa 98031 425-418-0530 253-639-3490 rippler@hotmail.com; R E Mcmanama 206 323 1055
PS whoever is in posession of this heirloom must be fully aware of the additional engraving!!
    help us please,
    tell this story often
