    3" Chamber stamp Archived Message

    Does anyone know the earliest the 3" Chambers stamp was used? I am speaking about the stamp that is in a circle pattern, and says:

    Chambers
    3
    Inches

    I was just researching this more and was curious as to how early these stamps were used.
