Might call Scott at Tac Arms. He is not a double smith but could certainly clean and lube the gun. You might call Larry's pistol and pawn.
if you are just interested in someone familiar with guns looking it over, you might go to the skeet club in Lacey's Spring. Someone there will take a look for you as well.
