I just purchased a 1902 OO grade regular frame L C Smith. The metal of the gun is mechanically sound and without major issue. The wood is pretty bad. I have very little experience but I am looking forward to fitting new wood on this gun. I am semi-retired and have the time but most importantly love these shotguns. I would like to ask what tools I should acquire that will best enable me to do a good job. I have purched a roughed out stock and forearm from Gunstocks, Inc and will need to fit the gun and finish wood. I may be crazy but I am ok with that. Any other suggestions will be assuredly appreciated. Thanks, Tom
