Yes, there is definitely something about a big Hurst shifter hooked to a big V-8. Mine sits in a largely original '68 R/T Charger. While it's certainly not the "carbon-neutral" choice of transportation (I drive a Honda Civic far more often), there is something very satisfying about abundant low-tech horsepower.
