Some discussion here re: how to cook dove. One of the shooters in our groujp in AZ owns the best Italian restraunt in the Phoenix area. Tutti Santi in Mesa. Anyway he invites our group to come for dinner at his restraunt at the end of the season. Prepares the dove cacchiatora (hunter style). Lots of peppers/onions/tomato sauce/spices and dove breasts. It's a favorite.
