Hello All, I just found this gun and considered purchasing though there is a 3/4 inch chip in the stock where it meets the frame. Is this a relatively easy fix or should I leave it. The other question is it has checkered panels on the side of the stock. I have seen Fulton guns but not a Fulton special so I do not know if checkered side panels are factory. It is a 12 gauge gun there are two small birds quail and a woodcock. Thanks for your input & Best,Paul
