In July of 2002 we had a breakin at our home and they stole my wife's grandfather's old L. C. Smith 12 Ga. Field Grade shotgun. It had been a past down through the family so it was a great loss. The serial number started with an upside down 1 so if anyone should happen to see a shotgun with an upside down 1 then 20909 please let me know.
