    Bill: I too have a 20 gauge (mine is a grade 3 mfg'd in 1907) that has 32" barrels. I often wonder why a 20 ga would have 32" barrels? It seems that a 26" or 28' would be more managable for quail or grouse in the thickets and certainly weigh a little less for walking the fields. Jim T
