    2E 2 Questions Archived Message

    I purchased a 2E 12 ga with Hunter One Trigger, English stock with Hawkins pad and 2 sets of barrels. All the numbers match and it looks right. When I emailed Cody for information, the factory records show it as a 00E. Are the Cody records fairly inacurate?

    Question 2: The 2nd set of barrels are marked Chambered for 2 5/8. What is the concensus on lengthing the chambers for modern 2 3/4 ammo?
