I went out goose hunting last weekend and used a 34" barreled Parker DHE on the first day, and a 3" chambered, 32" barreled Elsie on the second. I had reinforced the Smith stock and shot 1 1/4 oz Kent TM on both days. Both guns handled the load fine. The Elsie didn't have as many opportunities but she took advantage of her only chance. I also had a Webley & Scott fowling piece with me in case I stayed an extra day, but it never got out of the case. Life's too short to shoot just one gun. Enjoy them all.
