Mike the answer to your first question is "L.C. Smith Shotguns" by Lt. Col. William S. Brophy, USAR Ret. and L.C. Smith "The Legend Lives" by John Houchins.
2. RE 93158, the "R" refers to Regular Frame and the "E" for ejectors.
3. 1926 is the right year.
Only 580 Eagle Grades were made between 1913 and 1932. Grade was dropped in 1932. That information is from Brophy's book. "In the Legend lives it states 581 were made. I quess it was the one and only .410 that was left out of Brophy's.
