Shooting Schedule:
Continental Breakfast served from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Clay Target Shooting from 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon
Lunch served from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m.
Clay Target Shooting from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Dinner served from 5:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The Virginia Vintagers will host a side by side shotgun shoot at Prospect Hall on Saturday the 11th of August 2007. All side by side shotgun shooters are invited to attend this shoot and join us for a full day of clay target shooting and good food. The dress code for this shoot will be summer casual dress for gentlemen and ladies. It is expected to be very hot in West Virginia on August 11, 2007. The plan for the shooting calls for fifty clay targets at the five stand, fifty clay targets out on the sporting clays course and 20 clay targets during the two man team games.
The total fee for this full day of shooting with three meals and all gratuities for the staff of Prospect Hall will be $150.00. Extend an invitation to your friends to get out their side-by-side shotguns and join us for the day. The fee for a non-shooter accompanying a shooter to this event is $55.00 to cover the cost of the food. The fee for this shoot will be collected at Prospect Hall on the morning of the shoot. You may bring your own bottle of wine to Prospect Hall for the dinner. All of the procedures and rules for shooting at Prospect Hall must be complied with during this Virginia Vintager Shoot.

Prospect Hall is located just north of Berryville, Virginia near the Summit Point Race Track in West Virginia.

An e-mail confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you. We must have a very close head count of shooters and non-shooting guest when we order the food. If for some reason you are unable to attend the shoot after making a reservation you will only be held accountable for the cost of your food, which is $55.00. The Virginia Vintagers must have your reservation for this shoot no later than 11:59 p.m. on August 4, 2007.
