The 12 ga. is made by Fausti in Italy and the 20ga., 28 ga. are made in Spain. From reports on other websites, people say they handle nice. If you go to these sites you can get the information first hand and then you can decide for yourself. For the price, I would rather have the original "elsie" that needs some tender loving care.
