    Curious about LC Smith Shotgun Archived Message

    I inherited an LC Smith hammerless 12 gage shotgun and need help determining if it is a real collectors item or "just" a family heirloom.

    LC Smith is stamped on both sides. LC Smith Field Grade is stamped on the right barrel. Hunter Arms Co Inc Mfrs Fulton NY USA is stamped on the left barrel. The serial number is FW 109304 with Field on a second line.

    Any help in determining the age etcetera and any leads on potential collectors in the Jacksonville, Florida area would be appreciated.
