Ken, YUP! I am going to echo you thoughts and say, "SEE WE TOLD YOU SO!!!". I've found that working on our senior citizen "Sweet Elsies" is probably one of the most time consuming/frustrating(springs break,screws don't turn,etc.) yet satisfying things I have ever done. Best, Dr. BILL
