I have spoken to Bob Williams a number of times. Being in the trade longer than some of you guys are old (48 to 49 yr's), my intuiyion is that he is a honest guy. He did tell me he was slam backed up. I know that in the engraving business, a quote is given for del. --- many times before receiving the quoted on piece, two or more pieces arrive for engraving. This of course sets your estimated del back the amount of time required to complete the early arrival pieces. This can't be helped but is fact --- the guns that arrive first are done first and in order received. FWIW, Ken
