    Trap Grade Archived Message

I stumbled onto a 12ga. Trap Grade. 30" bbls., 50% case coloring, a few light pits in the bores that should polish out ok. Really bad news is that it has a home made BT forearm and a highly "modified" butt stock. At an asking price of $675 is there any room left to justify restocking it (myself, I've done it before) and having the bores honed?

Did all Trap Grades come with a Beavertail forearm, or were splinter forearms available also?

I'd kind of like to do a project, but am hesitant to pour a bunch of money into it if this model isn't as rare/desirable as I think it is.

    Thoughts? Thanks.
