I received 2 emails, one for the ordering, with name, credit card # and experation date. The other email stating that the order with the credit card is "processed thru a 128 bit-encrypted secure socket layer for security". They probably forgot to include that with the original email asking for your card number. As far as what style, I originally told them what one I wanted, and it will apparantly be in the order the original email was sent in stating that you wanted the book.
