Most likely the reason your forearm is missing is because the fore iron hanger lug is missing to include the short rib that extends from the barrel flats to the back of the hanger lug, were it still attached; so this issue with the barrels will need to be addressed before even beginning to worry about a forend. From your photos, your stock needs some serious work; and obviously, this old gun has had a rough life. If I were going to attempt a restoration, I believe I'd begin by attempting to find a set of useable barrels; but in all honesty, you'd be far better off to find another and complete gun. It's a pity your gun has been abused to its current condition, as these are excellent and well-built guns; and those that were maintained are still in use by vintage gun shooters today, Best of luck in your pursuit.
