Re: Quality 1 transitional Fulton guns
Dan thanks, I have been studying the Syracuse line of L.C. Smith's for over 15 years. I originally started just researching about hammer guns because there was nothing written about them, and then realized there wasn't much about the hammerless line either so started collecting serial numbers and pictures when I could of both guns. Then I started with the early L.C. Smith Maker of Baker Guns of 1877 and have collected a fair amount of serial numbers and pictures of these fine hammer and 3 barrel guns. Daryl Halquist has helped with some of these guns and just recently I found out that the early Baker guns were not serial numbered.
