There is a chance that you may have a broken firing pin.This can cause the front part of the pin to protrude into the barrels,thus keeping it from being able to open.Try running a wooden dowel down the barrel on each side and tap it gently.This should push the pin back,so that you can open the gun again.You will have to hold the gun in a vertical position to keep the pins pushed back to do this operation.A big word of caution,only do this if you are sure there is no live shell in the chamber.These firing pins do break from the result of dry firing sometimes.The odd thing about a broken pin,I have seen guns fire OK but have a broken pin for years.See how you make out.You may give me a call if this does not get you going.Good luck,Charlie. 410-756-2095
