Have you tried reversing the order? Also made sure the long connecting screw from lock to lock is flush on the right side. Sometimes as much as a 1/4-1/2 turn can make the difference.
The biggest problem a Hunter One Trigger has is that the gun was taken to a gun smith or someone else that said they could look at it, the gun was working fine, and now it isn't upon re-assembly.
John is right Jerry is the best for these triggers and his turn around is also very good when working on these.
