Hi Jeff,
Really nice LC Smith. I suggest clean the barrels with oooo steel wool and penetrating oil(Kroil), if all the bluing is gone then rust blue. Replace the butt plate with a correct one and glass the head of the stock. As for the wood a hand rubbed finish applied by carrying her around for years and stuffing shells into her is all I would do.
There is no known cure for LCS once bitten!
