Thanks to everyone for all of the wonderful insight and input. The $500 range is what I was thinking as well. I would very much like to turn this wonderful piece into a shooter. I just wanted to make sure I was not going to damage the value by doing so. Due to the condition I figured it would not but I wanted to be clear on that. I have checked the FAQ's section and it recommends specific ammunition that are ok for the LC's is everone in agreement and are there any favorites that you seem to get the best performance out of. By the way I am located in GA and if I dont think I can manage on my own I will find someone who I know will do it right. Anyone who knows a good doublegun smith in GA feel free to point me in the right direction.
