While shooting 5-stand today, I looked down and noticed that half of the front trigger plate retaining screw was no longer present on my '47 FW Field Grade. Is this a common problem? Any thoughts on how it can be fixed/who I might go to for a repair? I am currently located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
I was also curious as to whether or not I can continue to shoot the gun without hurting anything. I'm really looking forward to meeting some of you at the Great American SxS Shoot in July and need all the practice I can get.
