I was at a shop today and noticed a LC Smith 16 ga double trigger for sale. It looked like a field grade, but I didn't get a chance to have a close look. The gunsmith said the gun was pretty beat up, and would probably be best for parts. Any thoughts on value? Just wondering if I should rescue it.... I hate to see it sitting there, unwanted.... I may have to swing by and get a closer look, and at least get the serial number.
