Are there any spots to check out to tell for sure? I am thinking that it was restored because from the serial number the gun was made in 1928 and if I am correct should be rust blued. This gun has one of the niceest blueing jobs I have seen and the case colors are excellent. I just don't know enough about these guns to be sure and when I ask someone who might know I get the it has been restored and worthless story. I don't want to sell it, in fact I am taking it out trap shooting this weekend, but I would like a ball park idea of what it is worth so I can put it down with my insurance papers.
Any help would be appreciated.
