I am curious about the following. I have been adding a few LC's to my collection and found the following. I bought a 1920 12 GA FW field grade gun that last fall has bores of .720. Cylinder in the right BBL and about .015 in the left. Then just the other day I bought a 16 GA 1947 FWS Field Grade that has Bores of .658 in both BBLS and has Mod & F Chokes. All of the rest of my 12 gauge guns have .728 Bores and the other 16 is .664. Any comments from those who have measured a number of guns. I used a very accurate bore measuring tool that I got from Brownells. (Skeets Bore gauge)
