L. C. Smith 12 ga.

Hoping you could help me gather some information. My Dad just gave me his grandfathers L. C. Smith 12 ga. s/n 201421. It came with two barrels. The first is a 30 inch that just says "Made to order by The Hunter Arms Co. Fulton N.Y." The second barrel is a 26 inch that says "Sir Joseph Whitworth and Fluid Compressed Steel".The trigger cover is engraved "George R Wallace"
Is this a Grade No. 1 with an extra barrel ? What year was it made ? Where in Conn could I have it cleaned and checked out so I could use it with my son. Any info would be great!
