They are called leather barrel guards. Classic Upland Supply Co sells one online made by Galco.
John Bugden in KY also makes and sells them (johnwbugden@bellsouth.net), including a model with a few ozs of weight built-in to smooth out your swing if you are using a lighter gun on clays. I use one on my LCS 20ga and it is very helpful.
