Greetings!
On October 31, 2009 the LCSCA is sponsoring the Sixth Annual L. C. Smith Collectors Association (LCSCA) Turkey Shoot. The event will be held at the Prince Georges Trap and Skeet Center (PGT&S) located at 10400 Good Luck Road in Glenn Dale, Maryland 20769.
Those of us that are coordinating the LCSCA Turkey Shoot are striving to provide the best fall shooting event in the Mid-Atlantic region. The event is offered to LCSCA members and their families, and to our friends in the shooting community. Participants must shoot an L. C. Smith shotgun.
We believe that the LCSCA is among the premier shooting and collecting organizations in the country. Further, we believe that the PGT&S is the best public shooting range in the country. In 2009, PGT&S completed the installation of new equipment, fences, upgrading walkways and ranges. The asphalt paths on the sporting clays course makes it easy to use golf carts. Three Brothers, the Italian caterer, will again be used by popular request.
Last years Turkey Shoot was a resounding success. In 2009, we look forward to offering another opportunity to enjoy a wonderful day of shooting enjoyment. Bring your favorite ‘Elsie’ plenty of ammunition, and a good appetite. You will see old friends, make new friends, crush targets with your favorite Elsie, and make unforgettable memories,
The Advance Registration Order Form can be found on the LCSCA web page. Go to the Home Page and look for Future Events; pre-Enrollment is required. The completed Order Form can be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed. A major goal is to minimize the paper work on the shooting day. So, we appreciate your help in pre-registering for the Turkey Shoot.
