You can support the National Rifle Association by attending one of the FRIENDS OF THE NRA DINNER BANQUETS. If you live in Northern Virginia near Front Royal there is a FRIENDS OF THE NRA BANQUET scheduled for September 5, 2009 at the Front Royal Fire House at 210 Commerce Avenue. The banquet will begin at about 6:00 p.m. and usually ends at about 9:30 p.m. Dinner is usually served at about 7:30 p.m. so you do not need to worry if you cannot arrive exactly at 6:00 p.m. From 6 to 7 p.m. is a SOCIAL HOUR more or less with a SILENT AUCTION and a preview of the items that will be in the LIVE AUCTION after dinner. There will also be about 4 or 5 raffles that you can buy in to before dinner and during the dinner. The raffle winners will be pulled or announced after dinner during the Live Auction. A single banquet dinner ticket cost $40.00.
A double banquet dinner ticket cost $70.00.
For $20 you can get 7 raffle tickets for the PAIR OF RUGER VAQUERO 45 LONG COLT SAA REVOLVERS.
I will be sponsoring a table at this banquet. The table will seat 8 guest. I will cover the cost of these 8 banquet tickets for my guest. All that is required of my guest is to show up and play the raffles, bid in the auctions and eat heartily. I would love to have a table full of members of our LCSCA.
