Who glass reinforces stocks?

I got the lock plates off and did some cleaning and oiling of the locks. It looks like I have a cracked stock. Who fixes this kind of thing?

I might go ahead and get the whole thing tore down and cleaned. I have gone about as far as I want to go. Anymore disassembly is going to require more skill than I currently posses.
