16 Guage...can u help me w/ this??

Hi to all,

This was my grandfather's gun. Hunter Arms Co Fulton,NY (Armor Steel) stamped on the barrels. Serial #63037 grade 00. Can u give me some history on this model?
Also, it is missing the forearm piece. Can you help direct me to a gunsmith/parts place to remedy this problem?
