I am curious about the APC allowed shirts . Can they be open back with velcro ? Or do they have to be closed neck ?

Velcro is allowed to close the back but the neck has to be complete with the original neck. The neck can't be cut through. Some manufacturers will make a complete open back with the neck not connected, it does not qualify.

Hello Charles, Some manufacturers will make a shirt with no neck and no velcro that is made for open back benchers. So, if you say this shirt is the original neck and it is within the rule, that is correct. But it violates the spirit of the rule and is not allowed. The APC has had this rule since its inception and everybody knows what it means.
