I would like to take the time to thank the organizers, volunteers and lifters for making the 1st annual Bruce Greig Memorial Classic a huge success! From the platform crews to the announcers to the warm-up spotters. This was an exciting event that brought out the best in everyone , all done in respect for a coach, fellow lifter, promoter of the sport and a friend! Everyone should be extremely proud of the event and the effort put forth by all. I look forward to seeing you all again in the spring!

I agree Mike. It's hard to explain how it happens, but when a meet has good flow the energy that is created makes it a lot of fun.

Best meet I've been to yet.

Having a personal best total, while watching your friends and training partners shatter world records is a pretty cool way to spend a Saturday.

This event MUST become an annual event. It's almost like Bruce was there with us, and I think it's an excellent way to pay tribute to the man that got most of us into the sport in the first place.

RIP Bruce, and I hope you enjoyed the show.
